3rd class cycling

The boys and girls in 3rd class have been taking part in a 7 week cycling programme. The focus of the programme is to ensure that the children know how to safely cycle on public roads. For the first few weeks the children used the yard to practise but last week they took to the main road. The instructors have commented several times on how hard the boys and girls have been working and how well behaved they are during the sessions - they should be very proud of themselves! 

 

 

 

Mathletics 

The boys and girls are very excited to try out Mathletics at home. Mathletics is an interactive maths programe that allows the children to build on their maths skills, play games with their classmates and against other children around the world. The children earn points and receive printable cerificates when they collect a certain number of points. Each child has been given their own unique username and password. They can login to Mathletics at www.mathletics.com

Béal Beo
